TopStockAnalysts (TSA), a web property owned by StreetAuthority, LLC, provides the website known as TopStockAnalysts.com ("the Site") subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. You agree to personal jurisdiction by the federal and state courts located in Montgomery County, United States of America, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. This, together with all the StreetAuthority, LLC policies referred to herein, constitutes the entire Agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes and any all prior or contemporaneous written or oral Agreements between us.
